I asked a girl out and she said no. Now i am the laughing stock of alot of the school. But now i like a different girl and i am wondering if it would make her feel like she was second choice if i asked her out now after everyone in the school knows that i asked out the other girl! If that makes any sense!

You should give it some time because it seems like your making it seem like you have a list of girls that you could like, and using other girls as back up. Give it some time and make sure you actually know the person well enough so you dont get the wrong impresion and have this happen to you all over again
