Girls!!!! :(?

ok, so there is this guy...I like him a lot but he is VERY imature at school when he's around his friends! He is amazing, nice, cool outside of school but SO imature and idiotic at school around his friends and everyone else! It's horrible! how can I help him GROW UP @ school????? HELLP! btw, I'm in grade 8

There's not much you can do. Guys are like that usually until they're through college. Guys seem to shut off their brains as soon as two male brains are togeher. I don't get it either. Try dropping not so subtle hints like when he's talking about what he and his friends at school say something like "yeah, i don't know why they did that, it was so stupid and immature." When you do say it, make sure you say it about the group as a whole, not individual people because then he might defensive. Good luck.

but like if you're with him and he's being stupid, just say "Oh well arent you mature?"


and see his reaction. if he kinda pauses and looks at you, he got the hint


if he doesn't, you might want to try something else.
Reply:middle school and even high school are where you will find boys like that...IMMATURE. Don't try to "make" him grow up, just wait for him. It may be hard but it's whats best right now, if he matures, date him, if he doesn't, kick him to the street.

Reply:im 14 and 8th grade too. :) i know exactly what you mean!! this guy i like acts really cool and sweet at his wrestling meets, but he is like immature during the school day. he will like run through the halls with his friends and i mean some things he does are cute, but some are embarrassing. he just recently told me he like me and i told him i liked him back, he has actually "straightened"up. lol. he hugged his little brother before his big county tournament and i thought that was soo sweet. i would just tell him how you feel maybe. if stare him in the eyes maybe he will catch on.:)
