If a guy friend but not a really close friend, tells you "I miss you" on a one on one conversation how do you usually reply??.. Seriously?! you can't just say i miss you too right??!!..

Haha been there, done that. There are several things you could say. You could say "aww thanks" and have that be the end of it, or you could say something like "well we should hang out soon"
It all depends on what you feel about him.
