How do you pee when you are standing (like aiming.) Do a step by step thing.

You should never pee standing up. You need to sit down and let your bladder relax before you begin to pee. You'll end up with a really week bladder and end up wetting yourself when you laugh, run, cry, sneeze etc.
You know those TV ad's where the older women have to wear incontenant pads so no one knows there wetting them selves?
If you don't sit down to pee they'll be you.
Take your time and relax when you need the loo.
