Physical Attraction to be honest is what comes first, even though it isn't the most important thing. This could be a certain feature- such as great hair, a great smile, amazing eyes, whatever the girls' preference is (For me: eyes)

As a girl I also pay attention to how a guy treats his mother or other women in general. Because truth be told, that's how they're going to be treating you. And most girls will honestly look for someone like their own father.
