Girls??????
Every single woman on this earth has discharge, it is how your vagina defends itself against infections by washing out dirt and excess bacteria, and it also helps protect the delicate mucosa of the vaginal walls. Your discharge changes throughout your cycle and as long as there is no unusual smell, colour or texture it is perfectly normal.

You don't need to use pantiliners, in fact wearing pantiliners can make the problem worse because they will stop aeration to your vulva making it warm and moist so the perfect environment for bacteria and yeast that if cause an infection could cause more discharge. Chemicals in commercial pantiliners can also cause infections that would also possibly cause more discharge.

If you do insist on using pantiliners then try switching to a brand that would allow you to wear thongs – although bare in mind thongs aren't great for vaginal health either, tight clothing like thongs can also increase risk of vaginal infections like yeast infections.

Lunapads do a Lunapanties thong, which is a thong with a pad built-in, as they are cloth they are healthier so wouldn't be as high risk of causing infections that could increase your discharge - http://www.lunapads.com/product.aspx?Pro... If memory serves Natracare do a thong pad or pantiliners too, they are disposable cotton pads and liners so can also help reduce your risk of infections - http://www.natracare.com Most companies that make pads and pantiliners now make them suitable for thongs because they recognise that some women like to wear thongs to avoid visible pantiline, just switch to one of these brands.
